Orange Julius

1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup O.J. concentrate
1/4 cup sugar or less
1 tsp. vanilla

Put in blender with 4-5 ice cubes and blend

Lemon Water

5 qts. water
1 TBS. lemon extract
1 tsp. + a little more citric acid
2-3 cups sugar to taste
Ice- lots
lemon slices

Mix first 4 ingredients add ice and float lemon slices on top
